OZ-6023 features double-sided PVC foam on non-woven fabric: layered square textures (woven-like) on one side, timeless lychee patterns on the reverse. A retro-classic woven alternative, ideal for durable, stylish placemats.
The OZ-6023 material is manufactured through double-sided foaming of PVC onto non-woven fabric. Subsequently, embossing rollers are used to create a pattern of small square shapes, forming a layered, overlapping effect that closely resembles woven textures. On the other side, a classic lychee pattern is embossed, presenting users with two distinctly different styles.
This product is widely used as a substitute for woven placemats, seamlessly blending elements of retro charm and classic elegance.
